IXT is a regional company operating in six states: Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Every driver is dispatched today for tomorrow, allowing drivers to plan their day accordingly with routing, weather etc. Every driver will be given a dedicated dispatcher. Our Drivers are given a list of loads available for dispatch and they get to choose from that list. We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including weekends and holidays. Almost all of our drivers are home every evening, some of our work keeps drivers out overnight, returning to home base the very next day. We do not force dispatch here. Every driver has the right to refusal.
